This was the best experience I’ve ever had with getting roadside assistance. He called me on his way to help me, I told him what had happened and I felt that getting my flat tire repaired was all I needed (I thought I would need my car towed originally). He let me know his ETA and it was pretty quick. The extra special awesome thing he did was he waved the cars over, gave me a thumbs up when it was clear, and then I entered the freeway. That was so nice, and just extra! I had to drive slowly on the interstate and put on my hazards, and he followed me on the interstate, just keeping the same speed as me until I took my exit. SUPER NICE!!

Dear Prime Towing Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional service I received from your team recently. When my truck broke down, I was understandably stressed and concerned about how long it would take to get back on the road. To my pleasant surprise, your team arrived quickly and had me back on the highway in 30 minutes or less! The professionalism and efficiency demonstrated by your staff were truly impressive. Not only did you resolve the issue swiftly, but your friendly demeanor also made the entire experience much more pleasant. Thank you once again for your outstanding service. I will certainly recommend Prime Towing Company to friends and family in need of towing services. Best regards,

What was NOT on my vacation bingo card? Getting absolutely sniped by a deer. 🦌💥🚗 After Bambi chose violence and annihilated my car, I called my insurance and they sent out Prime Towing. From the start, they kept me updated on exactly when help would arrive, which was a huge relief considering we were standing in the dark, freezing (car wouldn’t turn on and we are from Saint George heat) and trying not to spiral. When the tow driver showed up, he jumped out with the best attitude and immediately put us at ease. My daughter was pretty shaken up and his kindness made a stressful situation so much better. (Thank you sir) Obviously, I wouldn’t recommend the whole “hit a deer on vacation” experience, but if it happens, I 100% recommend Prime Towing. Five stars for turning a terrible night into a much less terrible one.

We arrived at the site with the keys about the same time as the service man. He was able to get the tire changed quickly and was very friendly. Thank you for your service.

Great company! Very helpful and understanding, price was unbelievably awesome, especially for a semi recovery and helpful to offload. The type of company that actually cares. Can't say enough good things! Will be using them for everything from my semis to personal vehicles!
